Teen-Adult (CanSkate)
This program is on hold at this time!
We are offering our Teens (ages 13-17 years) to register in our "Canskate" program.
MUST have some skating ability!
The skaters will be learning skills from the Skate Canada CanSkate badge program. Skills in the CanSkate program include: Agility, Balance, Control, including power, stops, forwards/backwards, edges, turns, and many more!
CanSkate has 6 badges. We track the badges and all badges are on the ice at the same time. Skaters are grouped by the coaches according to their skating ability and the number of skaters on the ice. This may vary from session to session.
All CanSkate sessions are taught by National Certified coaches with with over 10-30 years of experience, along with the assistance of our great coaching assistants. These assistants are figure skaters themselves learning the wonderful skill of giving back to their community.
