HHSC Cancellation & Refund Policy
Upon registration, I am aware of the following:
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the program start date will be subject to a $10 administration charge.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the program start date will be subject to a $35 administration charge.
- No refunds will be given after the first lesson without a Doctor's note. Medical refunds will be prorated, less a $55 administration fee.
- The Skate Canada/Admin Fee is non-refundable.
- Skaters must be in good standing with all club fees and coaching fees. Outstanding fees will be deducted from the refund value.
- All cancellations $ refund requests must be submitted in writing to: admin@hhskatingclub.com
